We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. Please contact us within 14 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
1. Please contact us and describe the items you would like to return, add the picture and the reason for your return.
2. Pack your items carefully and wait for instructions from our customer support. Send items to the address provided by customer support and make sure they arrive safely.
3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items.
4. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Currently we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can request a return and make a new order, using store credit, that will be issued upon return. However, we can't guarantee that your preferred size or color will be available at that moment.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is wrong size, color, defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
1. No return for items purchased using credit notes, gift cards, sale items and promo coupons.
2. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging, tags and hygiene sticker attached. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
3. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us and you must return items at your own cost. We recommend you return items using a tracked service to ensure they reach us safely.
4. We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.
5. Please ensure items are packed the same way as you receive them.
