We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a return or exchange request within 7 days upon receiving the items to initiate the process.
1. Please proceed to our Returns Center and submit your return or exchange request.
2. Pack your items carefully and wait for our courier partner to collect the items. It usually takes around 48 hours after request approval.
3. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your items.
4. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund once it has been completed.
If you wish to exchange the product, we invite you to return it first. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will issue a store credit (excluding shipping cost), that can be used for the purchase of a new item. Store Credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is wrong size or color, defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1. We will accept only one time exchange per order.
2. No return for items purchased using credit notes, gift cards, sale items and promo coupons.
3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging, tags and hygienic liner attached. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
4. Return shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.
5. We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.
6. Please make sure that the swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed.
7. Items should be packed the same way as you receive them.
8. Products with obvious signs of use will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
After 7 days period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to try the product upon receipt, to ensure it meets your expectations.
