Return & Exchange

We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 7 days from the date of delivery.

RETURN PROCESS
1. Proceed to our Returns Center, choose the item you would like to return, and select the reason.
2. Choose the refund mode and submit your request.
3. Our courier partner will pick up the item within 48 hours.
4. When your returned item is received, we will inspect it.
5. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or store credit.
An email notification will be sent to you for every step.

EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange the product, we invite you to return it first. In this case, choose "Store Credit" refund mode in Returns Center. Upon inspection of the returned item, we will issue a store credit. You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or to order any other item you like.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect it. If you find the wrong size or color, defects, or damage, reach out to us immediately. We're committed to addressing the issue and finding a prompt resolution.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • Please return items in their original packaging in unused condition, including the invoice, attached tags, labels, and hygienic liners.
  • We cannot process returns for items that have been worn, damaged, washed, with distinct odors, or altered in any manner.
  • Refunds may be declined if items are received in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.
  • In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse refunds when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed.
  • Unless you've received a wrong, stained, or damaged item, a deduction of AED 30 for return shipping will be applied to the refund amount.
  • Cash on delivery orders are not eligible for refunds. A store credit of equal value will be issued instead.
  • Cash on delivery and shipping fees are excluded from the refund.
  • Purchases made with store credit are eligible for a single refund, which will be issued in the form of new store credit.
  • Store credit cannot be used to cover cash on delivery fees and shipping fees.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Products labeled "Final Sale" are non-returnable.

  • After 7 days period, we cannot offer you a refund. We encourage you to try the products upon receipt, to ensure it meets your expectations.
