We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange request within 7 days upon receiving your items.

1. Proceed to our Returns Center and submit your return or exchange request.
2. Pack your items the same way as you receive them and wait for our courier partner to collect it. Usually it takes around 48 hours upon request approval.
3. After the return items are received and inspected, you will be notified.
4. If approved, we will issue a store credit to shop for another item or refund to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is completed.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is wrong size or color, defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

1. We will accept only one time exchange per order.
2. Cash On Delivery (COD) and shipping fees are excluded from the refund.
3. COD orders are not eligible for refunds. A store credit of equal value will be issued instead.
4. A store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. No return for items purchased using credit notes, sale items and promo coupons.
6. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging, tags, labels and hygienic liner attached.
7. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, with distinct odors or altered in any way.
8. Return shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit or a refund amount.
9. We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.
10. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed.
11. Products with obvious signs of use will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

After 7 days period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to try the product upon receipt, to ensure it meets your expectations.
