Return & Exchange
We strive to offer the best shopping experience, including fast and hassle-free returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can submit a return or exchange request within 7 days upon receiving your items.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. Proceed to our Returns Center and submit your return or exchange request.
2. Pack your items the same way as you receive them and wait for our courier partner to collect it. The items will be collected within 48 hours upon request approval.
3. After the return items are received and inspected, you will be notified accordingly.
4. If approved, we will refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit to shop for another item. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is completed.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is wrong size or color, defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1. We will accept only one time exchange per order.
2. Cash On Delivery (COD) and shipping fees are excluded from the refund.
3. COD orders are not eligible for refunds. A store credit of equal value will be issued instead.
4. A store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
5. No return for items purchased using credit notes or promo coupons.
6. No return for sale or discounted items, those are final sale.
7. Returned items must be along with the original invoice, in unused condition with the original packaging, tags, labels and hygienic liner attached.
8. We do not accept returned items that are worn, damaged, washed, with distinct odors or altered in any way.
9. Return shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit or a refund amount, except the cases when you received wrong, stained or damaged item.
10. We do reserve the right to refuse refunds if we receive items in a state where we are no longer able to sell them to future customers.
11. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse return of items when it is obvious that hygiene measures have not been followed. Please keep your underwear on while trying our products.
12. Products with obvious signs of use will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
After 7 days period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage you to try the products upon receipt, to ensure it meets your expectations.
