DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Arab Emirates. Any shipments outside of the UAE are not available at this time.

DELIVERY TIME
We currently offer the following delivery options:
Next-Day delivery in the UAE - FREE. Orders must be placed before 1 PM the day before the expected delivery.
4-Hours delivery in Dubai - AED 30. Orders must be placed before 5 PM on the same day.
The cut-off times subject to change during the UAE Public Holidays or holy month of Ramadan.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is free on all orders, 4-Hours delivery in Dubai. There is no minimum purchase amount to claim your free shipping.

DAMAGES IN TRANSPORT
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, please contact us immediately.
