DELIVERY LOCATION
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Arab Emirates. Any shipments outside of the UAE are not available at this time.
DELIVERY TIME
We currently offer the following delivery options:
• Next-Day delivery in the UAE - FREE.
Orders are to be placed before 3 PM the day before the expected delivery.
• 4-Hours delivery in Dubai - AED 40.
Orders are to be placed before 5 PM on the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delayed by one day. The cut-off times are subject to change during the UAE Public Holidays or the holy month of Ramadan.
DAMAGES IN TRANSPORT
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery please contact us immediately.
